Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For the first order, we do not require a MOQ. From the subsequent orders, the MOQ is 20 units. You can mix multiple models in one container.
Can I request a sample before placing an order?
Yes, samples are available. We typically prepare samples within 5-7 days. The sample cost and postage are refundable upon receiving a 40HQ container order.
What are your terms of payment?
We accept TT (30% deposit, 70% balance before loading), Western Union, L/C, and OA trade assurance.
How long does delivery take?
Production generally takes 5 to 15 days depending on the order quantity and specific requirements.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We provide a 2-3 year guarantee for the whole product, and a 5-year warranty for key components like the castor, base, and gas lift.
How is the product quality controlled?
