For the first order, we do not require an MOQ. From the subsequent orders, the MOQ is 20 units. You are welcome to mix different models in a single container.
How can I obtain a sample and what is the cost?
We can prepare a sample within 5-7 days. While the sample cost and postage are initially paid by the customer, these fees will be refunded once a 40HQ container order is placed.
What are the available payment terms?
We currently accept payments via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union.
What is the estimated delivery time for cargo?
It typically takes approximately 5 to 15 days to complete the entire production process for your order.
What kind of warranty do you provide for your products?
We provide a 2-3 year guarantee for the complete product. Specifically, the castor, base, and gas lift are covered by a 5-year warranty.
